Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow onion, rough chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (substitute with tamari for 100% gluten-free)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

  • 1/4 cup gochujang (fermented red chili paste)

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1 SVO Farmer Focus Whole Young Chicken (or 8-Piece Cut Up, or a mix of chicken pieces about 4-6 pounds)

  • 3 green onions, sliced thin

  • rice, for serving
