Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 pound Farmer Focus Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes or any tomato variety you like, halved or chopped

  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (2 ounces)

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped

  • 1 to 2 heads Bibb or Boston lettuce, leaves separated
