Asian Chicken Stir Fry Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients:

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons Reduced sodium soy sauce (soy sauce is not gluten free) or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger or ginger paste

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped or 2 teaspoons garlic paste

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

For the Stir Fry:

  • non-stick cooking spray

  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds SVO Farmer Focus Boneless-Skinless Chicken Tenders

  • 1 pound broccoli florets

  • 1 whole red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, thinly sliced

  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, thinly sliced

  • 4 whole green onions, whites and greens sliced separately

  • 2 cups snow peas

  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Optional:

  • hot rice, for serving
