The Glennbrier Farm is perched atop a hill that overlooks a gorgeous mountain vista. Farming is a family affair as Glenn, his wife Barb, their son Scott, and grandson Ashton represent three of the seven generations that have worked his land in idyllic Mathias, West Virginia. In addition to beef cattle and corn, Glenn’s family has been raising chickens for thirty years and after growing for several other poultry companies in the past, he “decided to change to something better” at Shenandoah Valley Organic. When he’s not feeding the calves, cows, or chickens, or chopping corn, making hay, or cleaning out his four chicken houses, Glenn enjoys the solitude and serenity of hunting. Glenn, after nearly 70 years, you’ve earned it.
