Valley Dish II

If you thought the first Valley Dish event was a success, you can image how the second might follow suit! Last Thursday was a creative meeting of minds in Bella Luna’s new banquet space, Bella Banquets.

Chef Colin highlighted local flavors of the Shenandoah Valley, using produce Season’s Bounty Farm—a palette paired perfectly with selected local beers from Pale Fire Brewery.
